Alumni Engagement Program

The Alumni Engagement Program connects current Leadership Lycoming class members with past graduates who serve as Community Advisors. These advisors act as mentors, role models, and resources, offering guidance on community involvement, nonprofit board service, and leadership development throughout the program year.

Through a series of small group meetings held quarterly, participants have the opportunity to build strong connections, discuss class day takeaways, share project updates, and engage in honest dialogue about their leadership journey.

Each group is led by an Alumni Advisor who facilitates discussions, introduces participants to key community contacts, and may host meetings at local businesses or volunteer sites to provide real-world insight.

Advisors also offer one-on-one support when requested, helping class members navigate opportunities for civic engagement and leadership in Lycoming County. This meaningful exchange of experience and perspective enhances the Leadership Lycoming experience and strengthens the program’s long-standing alumni network.
