Hosting a PM Exchange

You will need to provide the following items on the night of the event: 

• Food or hors d’oeuvres, including all tableware
  • The Chamber can supply a list of business members for catering.
• Alcoholic beverages (if desired) — typically beer, wine, or both
  • The Chamber can supply a list of business members for beverage services.
• One 8-foot table, two chairs, and a trash can for registration
  • Note: Two tables may be needed if a large attendance is expected.
• Door prize(s) (if desired)
• If your event is entirely outdoors, provide a tent for weather coverage.
