Applications for the upcoming program year become available in January.

Applications must be submitted to the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce by mid-April with a non-refundable application fee of $25. Checks should be made payable to Leadership Lycoming. No additional documentation is required; please do not send a resume.

Please note that applicants must be employed by a Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce member to be eligible for the program.
