Water Quality and Sanitation
The sanitation and water quality of our region is important to our community’s health and well-being. Jersey Shore Area Joint Water Authority, Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority, and the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority – Williamsport Sanitary Authority provide this region with high quality water and wastewater utility services.
Rail Service
SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority works to preserve and foster rail service in Central Pennsylvania and to further economic development through retention, improvement and expansion of the infrastructure and the rail service it supports.

Waste Removal
Waste removal is not a problem in Lycoming County. Lycoming County Resource Management Services, Pennsylvania’s only county owned and operated state-of-the-art landfill facility, can accommodate most industrial waste and acts as a potential source of Methane for industrial use.
